Se confirmó en su integridad el proferido mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia quien demandó la inexequibilidad del Art. 141 de la Ley 142 de 1994.
Lo anterior, la Corte advirtió que no se encontró argumentación, razonamiento o motivación alguna por parte del accionante que permita desestimar las consideraciones expuestas por el Magistrado Ponente, en el referido auto, por el contrario, el recurrente se limita a complementar el contenido de la demanda, a fin de corregir parte de las deficiencias expuestas por el Magistrado Sustanciador en el auto inadmisorio, de modo que, la falta de una verdadera argumentación que sirva de fundamento al recurso conlleva a que sea desestimado por la Corte.
